Description | Auto Client Reconnect attempted but failed due to incorrect cookie data. |
Event Information | RESOLUTION: In the ACR, Auto Client Reconnect, the cookies do not exist forever. They expire after a certain time interval. The time interval is configured in the registry and is in: System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Citrix\\AutoClientReconnect\MaxDuration If the value is not there, the default is 5 minutes (300000 ms). Set this by the acrcfg utility (in milliseconds) because the IMA maintains this value in the data store as well; for example: acrcfg /duration:600000, To set farm wide, you need to run: Acrcfg /farm /inherit:off Acrcfg /farm /duration:600000 It is normal for this event to occur. It occasionally and does, in fact, occur for sessions that attempt to reconnect after too long of an interval. However, if you feel that you are experiencing this event too frequently, you can increase this value. |
