EXPLANATION:
This event indicates that the Active Directory Connector (ADC) found a target object that was already enabled for mail or mailbox when trying to replicate an object from the source directory.
USER ACTION:
Verify that the user object in the target directory does not have any mail attributes stamped on it. Specifically, make sure that the following attributes are NOT PRESENT:
homeMDB
legacyExchangeDN
mailNickname
homeMTA
msExchHomeServerName
msExchMailboxGuid
msExchMailboxSecurityDescriptor
mDBUseDefaults.
