| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem may occur if the Resubmit.wkf file on the MOM agent computer is corrupted. The .wkf files are agent temporary storage files. These files include AgentResponseMgr.wkf, EvtCons.wkf, and Resubmit.wkf. RESOLUTION: 1. Click Start, click Programs, click Administrative Tools, and then click Services. 2. In the details pane, right-click the OnePoint service, and then click Stop. 3. In the \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Mission Critical Software\OnePoint\config group name folder, delete the Resubmit.wkf file. 4. In the details pane, right-click the OnePoint service, and then click Start. |
