| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem occurs because there is a timeout issue when the PerfMgr thread requests performance data from the computer. RESOLUTION: To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Microsoft Operations Manager 2000. To work around this problem, manually restart the OnePointService service if it does not automatically restart after the access violation occurs. |
