Description	The EnterpriseVault.DirectoryConnection object reported an error. General access denied error.
Event Information	The event is generated because it is possible for the VERITAS Enterprise Vault Directory Service to shut down before the VERITAS Enterprise Vault Indexing or VERITAS Enterprise Vault Storage services. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- According to News Grooup : Cause : The event is generated because it is possible for the Enterprise Vault Directory Service to shut down before the Enterprise Vault Indexing or Enterprise Vault Storage services. This event can be ignored if it is logged when the Enterprise Vault Admin Service is shut down. Resolution1: 1.Click "Start" \| "Programs" \| "Administrative Tools" \| "Local Security Policy" to launch the Group Policy Editor application on the Enterprise Vault server. 2.Navigate to "Local Policies" \| "User Rights Assignment". Check the "Debug programs" privilege to determine if the Vault Service Account is listed in the "Security Setting". 3.If the Vault Service Account (VSA) is not listed, look at the icon next to the "Debug programs" privilege. If the icon is a folder that has blue 0's and 1's, the Local Security Policy is in effect. Double click the "Debug programs" privilege and add the Vault Service Account to the security settings. 4.After the "Debug programs" privilege has been restored to the Vault Service Account, all Enterprise Vault services will need to be restarted. This operation can be performed by restarting the Enterprise Vault Admin Service or by rebooting the Enterprise Vault server. Resolution2 : click "Start" \| "Programs" \| "Administrative Tools" \| "Services". Scroll down the list of services and verify that the Enterprise Vault services are started. If the services have not started and their "Startup Type" is set to "Automatic", check the Enterprise Vault Event Log for the the event.
