| Event Information | According to citrix: Cause: CDFSrv is experiencing a fatal error while initiating the IAccessContol/DCOMAccessControl object used to provide the secured access to COM objects. This is not a Citrix issue because this object belongs to Microsoft and we are tying to get an instance of it while CDFSrv service is being initialized. Also, it’s the first COM object that is initiated after CDFSrv initializes the COM run time (COM API - InitializeCom()). This might be an issue with COM run time on that computer. Resolution: This particular object/interface is exposed by the Ole32.dll. Install Microsoft MS04-012 to upgrade this dll. 842070 may also be needed |
