Event Id7026
SourceTSM Device Driver
DescriptionEvent ID 7026 reported when TSM Device Driver fails to load on boot
Event InformationAccording to IBM

Cause:
TSM Device Driver on Windows fails to load on boot with Event ID 7026 "Adsmscsi failed to load" in the Event Log.
Resolution:
This error could occur normally, if no devices are detected by Windows, so there is nothing for the device driver to control. If this is the case, the error can be ignored.
If Windows does see tape devices, subsequent attempts to start the TSM Device Driver may fail with an error 2182 indicating the service is already running.
This behavior can be seen if the SCSI card driver is not set to start at Boot time, as it should be. For Adaptec SCSI cards, the driver aic78xx must be set to start at Boot and be running in order for the TSM Device Driver to start. If the SCSI card driver is not configured this way, change it to start at Boot, and then reboot the machine.
