Event Id6012
Event SourceRemote Storage
Description Data Transfer for Remote Storage Copy Files Drive_letter on Server_name\NTFS\drive_letter: has failed: succeeded on xx files (xxxxxxxx bytes), skipped 0 files (0 bytes), and failed on X files (xxxxxxxx bytes) in hh:mm:ss for a throughput of 0 files/sec (xxxxxxx bytes/sec).
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft:
CAUSE :

Remote Storage is supposed to compensate for the small differences in tape capacities by keeping a five percent tolerance zone of free space at the end of the tape. Under certain circumstances, Remote Storage may miscalculate how full the media is. This may cause a physical End Of Media to be reached during a Copy Files or Manage operation. When this occurs, Remote Storage stops the current job, which leaves files that were supposed to be migrated on the volume.
RESOLUTION :
As a workaround, you can manually start another "Remote Storage copy files" or "Remote Storage free disk space" job from Scheduled Tasks. Before you start, make sure that the tape device driver and the firmware are updated to the latest versions.
