Event InformationSolution:
To resolve this error message, complete the following:
1. Run the Schema Help.
2. Note: Schema help can be accessed through the Schema Help icon on a Cisco Admin Workstation in the Cisco Admin Workstation Group.
3. Open Help for the Route_Call_Detail table.
4. Look for the description of the RouterErrorCode field.
5. On the right of the description should be a small gray button. Click the button.
6. Enter the 490 error code in the popup window - Lookup Error.
