| Event Information | "According To Microsoft:" Solution This error occurs on fax client setup when the login fax client cannot see the client applications subdirectory. If a subdirectory is shared out with the name "clients," then the fax client installation will fail with this message. Look in the \\<servername>\Clients\MS\Fax\<OS> subdirectory for the fax client setup programs. If a different subdirectory has been shared out with the name clients, then that subdirectorys share name will need to be changed, and the %systemdrive%\Clientapps subdirectory will need to be reshared as clients. |
