DescriptionThe Archiving task Mailbox Archiving Task for Server name could not be started due to startup errors.
Event InformationThe reason for these errors is the task is unable to log on to an Exchange Server.
Confirm that the Exchange Server is running and that the account the task uses has the proper permissions:
1. Within Exchange System Manager, right-click on the Exchange Server object and select Properties.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Highlight the Enterprise Vault account and use the scroll bar on the side of the permissions window to scroll down to Send As and Receive As permissions. The Enterprise Vault account associated with the task must have Send As and Receive As permissions on the Exchange Server object.
