SOLUTION: The procedure below applies to ServerProtect version 5.58 and up. Do the following: 1. Create a file on a Normal Servers Sprotect folder and name it as SPNSOPT.DAT. Enter the following lines in the file: [OPTION] ExcludeWindowEventID=ID1,ID2,...,IDn 2. Restart the Trend Serverprotect service on the Normal Server to apply that setting. |
