| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: The initial configuration could not be read, and the filter is in lockdown mode. Mail messages arriving are put in BadMail queue until the configuration is retrieved. Resolution: Verify there is connectivity from the Message Screener filter computer to the ISA Server computer. |
