According to Microsoft : CAUSE : The event may be caused due to connectivity problems, policy enforcement by ISA Server, or bad credentials. SOLUTION : Use PING to verify connectivity with the ISA Server computer.Check the logs to verify that ISA Server is not dropping the connection.Use the SMTPCred tool to verify that the credentials are correct. |
