| Event Information | According To Microsoft: This failure may occur for one of the following reasons: The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) used to retrieve the log summary from the array member failed.The log summary configuration is invalid.The log summaries can not be accessed.The merged log summary can not be created.Low memory resources. Resolution: Review other alerts to determine the cause of the problem. Look for alerts from the ISA Server computer generating the report and on the array member from which the ISA Server Report Generator failed to retrieve the summary. Check the validity of the log summary configuration.Check if the array member is available.Check if the ISA Server Job Scheduler service (ISASCHED) is running on the array member from which the ISA Server Report Generator failed to retrieve the summary. Look for the process name W3Prefech.exe in the Task Manager.Restart the ISASCHED service on the array member from which the ISA Server Report Generator failed to retrieve the summary.Check that there is enough disk space on the ISA Server computer generating the report.Close other programs that are running. Use the Task Manager to check programs and processes that are using large amounts of system resources. |
