| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Explanation : Volume Shadow Copy Service relies on COM+ to deliver events to components and applications using Volume Shadow Copy Service. If the COM+ database is corrupt, Volume Shadow Copy Service cannot function properly. Cause : Possible causes include: 1.The COM+ database is corrupt, and Volume Shadow Copy Service is not able to deliver events to Volume Shadow Copy Service components and applications. 2.A failure during Windows? Setup may cause COM+ to not be properly installed, even if Setup did not report the error. Resolution : No user action is required. |
