| Event Information | Problem: Even if IWSS did not encounter any problems, the Event ID 2001 log is still recorded in the Application Event Log. Solution: 1. Open the Registry Editor (regedit.exe). 2. Find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IWSS-HTTP\Performance registry key. 3. Change the values of the following parameters to zero (0): a. First Counter b. First Help 4. Restart the HTTP and FTP services. |
