DescriptionThe service could not be started because no instance name was provided.
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft:
Explanation:

This error occurs when the NS$<instance_name> service is started without having an instance name specified on the command line.</instance_name>.
User Action:
If the service is being started with the Service Control Manager, make sure that the instance is properly registered. Try running NSControl Register to register the instance, which also writes the needed instance name into the service information. To verify the service parameters, open Control Panel, open Administrative Tools, open Services, and then right-click the service and select Properties. The parameters of the service are specified in the "Path to executable" box. If the service is being started as an application from the command prompt, specify the instance name as the first parameter to the NSService.exe executable. For example, type "nsservice stockinstance" to run the stock instance.
