| Event Information | According to IBM : Correct the TSM storage agent service name by removing and reinstalling the service. Use the REMOVE.EXE and INSTALL.EXE utility programs (located in the storage agent directory, C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\storageagent by default) to establish a TSM storage agent service name that uses the correct syntax above. E.g.: remove "TSM Storage Agent" install "TSM StorageAgent1" "C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\storageagent\dstasvc.exe" LocalSystem *Note: For syntax assistance with the INSTALL.EXE and REMOVE.EXE applications, type INSTALL and REMOVE, respectively, from a MS-DOS prompt while in the storageagent directory. |
