| Event Information | According to Microsoft : CAUSE : There is either a configuration or a communication problem between the Firewall service and the firewall engine driver. The error code in the data area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure. SOLUTION : Restart the Firewall service. To do this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring, then click the Services tab. In the details pane, right-click Firewall service, and then click Start.If the service still does not start, restart the ISA Server computer. If the service still does not start, there may be a problem with the configuration. If a backup exists, restore the configuration. For details about restoring the configuration, see ISA Server Help. |
