Modify the registry value "DelayStart" in the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\NTMS" to modify the start delay. This value denotes the number of milliseconds to wait before starting the service."
Event InformationTo make the change described above or add the value, modify the DelayStart value as follows. This value indicates the number of milliseconds to wait before starting the service:
Add value: DelayStart
Type: DWORD
Minimum value: 1000 (decimal = 1 second)
Maximum value: FFFFFFFF (hex = 4294967 seconds)
Default decimal data value: 1000 or 45000 if you see the above message
