DescriptionThe virtual machine cannot be started because the virtual network adapter is configured to use a network that is unavailable. To fix this problem, modify the virtual machine settings to reconfigure the network adapter and then try to start the virtual machine again.
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
Cause :
This event is logged when virtual machine cannot be started because the virtual network adapter is configured to use a network that is unavailable.
Resolution :
Change the switch port of the NIC
Turn Off the virtual machine.
Note: Turning off a virtual machine is equivalent to powering off a computer, so data loss is possible.
Change the virtual machine NIC settings to point to a different/valid switch port, and then restart the virtual machine.
Verify :
The virtual machine starts and runs network operations without any problems.
