Cause :
This event is HTTPS check is turned off.
Resolution :
Turn on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
To ensure that Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is used for publishing requests:
1.Open the UDDI Services Management Console. To open the UDDI Services Management Console, click Start, click Control Panel, click Administrative Tools, and then click UDDI Services.
2.Right-click the UDDI Services site, and then click Properties.
3.On the Security tab, select the Require SSL for publication requests to this site check box.
In addition, you must configure Internet Information Services (IIS) to enable Secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTPS) binding.
To add HTTPS binding in IIS:
1.Open the Internet Information Services Management Console. To open the Internet Information Services Management Console, click Start, click Control Panel, click Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services. If you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
2.Double-click the directory tree for your computer, and then double-click Sites.
3.In the console tree, click Default Web Site.
4.In the details pane, under Action, clickBindings.
5.Click Add.
Verify :
You can use the UDDI Web component to check that Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is enabled for UDDI Services. To do this, run the Internet Explorer browser as an administrator.
To verify that SSL is enabled:
1.Open Internet Explorer as an administrator. Click Start, right-click Internet Explorer, and then click Run as administrator.
2.In the browser address bar, type http://localhost/uddi.
3. On the UDDI Services Home page, click Publish.
If SSL is enabled, the URL starts with https.
