| Event Information | According to citrix: Cause: A Windows 2003 policy named: “Disallow installation of printers using kernel-mode drivers Resolution: If the policy is “Enabled,” change it to “Not configured” and then run the following command from the command prompt: Gpupdate /force -Or- If the policy is “Not configured,” change it to “Disabled” and then run the following command from the command prompt: Gpupdate /force Note: One should not exhibit the above issue, if the policy is set to “Not configured.” However, the policy may be acting as it is “Enabled.” Citrix Technical Support may ask you to set the policy to “Disabled.” If the policy is not behaving as expected, contact Microsoft |
