Event InformationExplanation :
The specified Active Directory object or attribute could not be accessed because access to the specified object is denied to the user or computer for which Group Policy was processed or simulated. Group Policy processing for the computer or user has failed, and will continue to fail until this error is resolved.

This is caused by corruption or an invalid configuration with Active Directory. The user or computer does not have read access to the object identified in the event description. 

User Action :
To troubleshoot this problem, try one or all of the following:

Review the event description to obtain additional detail.
Ensure that the object specified in the event message exists, and that the user or computer has read access.
Use verbose logging to debug this error. The log file explains the specific error.
