This error occurs when either the service or other processes are utilizing excessive memory resources. Either the service or other processes are utilizing excessive memory resources.

Resolution
Close other programs that are running. Use the Task Manager to check programs and processes that are using large amounts of system resources. For information on managing memory resources, see Windows Help.
