| Event Information | According to Microsoft: Cause: A location or notification provider failed to load, and MapPoint Location Server cannot service requests related to the provider. User Action : First, try to restart MapPoint Location Server Web Service by using an IISRESET command. For information about IISRESET, see the Article Q202013. You must make a SOAP request to MapPoint Location Server to start the Location service. For example, log on to MapPoint Location Server and then find an address or point of interest. If the problem persists, uninstall and then reinstall the provider, and then restart Internet Information Services. |
