DescriptionTS Session Broker farm %1 is in an inconsistent state. For TS Session Broker load balancing to work correctly, all terminal servers in the same TS Session Broker farm must either be configured to use TS Session Broker load balancing or to not use TS Session Broker load balancing. Terminal servers that are running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 do not support TS Session Broker load balancing.

This event is logged when the TS Session Broker farm is in an inconsistent state.
Resolution :
Reconfigure TS Session Broker Load Balancing
To resolve this issue, do either of the following:
  • Enable TS Session Broker Load Balancing on all terminal servers in the farm. Note that terminal servers that are running Windows Server 2003 do not support TS Session Broker Load Balancing.
  • Disable TS Session Broker Load Balancing on all terminal servers in the farm.
To perform this procedure, you must have membership in the local Administrators group, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.
To configure TS Session Broker Load Balancing:
  1. On the terminal server, open Terminal Services Configuration. To open Terminal Services Configuration, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, point to Terminal Services, and then click Terminal Services Configuration.
  2. If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Continue.
  3. Under TS Session Broker, double-click Member of farm in TS Session Broker.
  4. On the TS Session Broker tab, select or clear the Participate in Session Broker Load-Balancing check box.
  5. Click OK to close the Properties dialog box.
