| Event Information | CAUSE : This problem occurs if you have multiple hard disks installed in the computer. When you have multiple hard disks installed, the buffer in the Performance tool is not sufficient to contain all the hard disk information. In this scenario, an access violation occurs because more hard disks exist than are recorded in the hard disk buffer. RESOLUTION : A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. |
