* This event may occur because of incorrect pointing of following registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer.
"REG_EXPAND_SZ ". It should point %system
root%\system32\MSIExec.exe /V
* In many situations, including Error: 0x80080005, 0x80040154, this problem
can be fix by following command which will Reregister MSInstaller.
msiexec /unreg msiexec /regserver
