DescriptionThe machine wide limit settings do not grant Remote Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
Event InformationSOLUTION:
This issue is caused by the failure to connect via DCOM to a WBEM service on the target devices. This is a low level error message generated within Microsoft’s DCOM implementation. The failure can occur because the device does not have the WBEM/WMI core installed or because the Toptools User account does not have administrative rights on the device.

To resolve this issue try the following:
1. Install the WBEM/WMI core on the device. Currently Windows NT SP4 and higher, and Windows 2000 are the only OS’s that support WBEM/WMI.
2. You must be using an NT/2000 Domain structure and you must have installed the Toptools Device Manager while logged in as a full domain administrator. This will allow the Toptools User account to be created on the domain with domain administrative rights. The Toptools User account must also have administrative rights on the discovered device. This normally happens when the device joins the same domain that the Toptools User belongs to. If NT/2000 domains are not in use, the only way to eliminate these errors is to create a Toptools User account on all of the discovered devices with the same password created during the Toptools installation.
3. The last option is to disable WBEM/WMI discovery it Toptools from Settings - Discovery - Settings tab. This is not necessarily a good option because of the functionality that will be lost. Instead you can just ignore the errors, as they don’t really indicate a critical problem.
