Event Information"According to Microsoft:
CAUSE:

This problem may occur if all the following conditions are true:
• FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions is installed on the Windows Server 2003-based server.
• The virtual server that hosts the Web site that you are authoring is extended with FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions.
• The Log authoring actions setting is enabled on the virtual server (Web site).
WORKAROUND :
To work around this problem, turn off the Log authoring actions setting on the virtual server. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Microsoft SharePoint Administrator.
2. On the Server Administration page, click Administration next to the virtual server that you want to configure.
3. On the Virtual Server Administration page, under Administration, click Change configuration settings.
4. On the Change Configuration Settings page, under Security Settings, click to clear the Log authoring actions check box, and then click Submit."
