RESOLUTION: Log in using the BlackBerry service account to re-install the BlackBerry User Administration Service. 1. Log in to the Windows account in which the BlackBerry User Administration Service is installed. 2. Remove the BlackBerry User Administration Service. 3. Log in to Windows using the BlackBerry service account. 4. Install the BlackBerry User Administration Service. |
