| More Information | Cause : This event is logged when a physical disk included in the virtual disk failed or there is an error in the parity information.A failed physical disk can cause errors in parity information. Resolution: Replace the failed physical disk. You can identify which disk has failed by locating the disk that has a red “X” for its status. Rebuild the physical disk. When finished, restart the check consistency operation. |
