Explanation | The Citrix connection is down. group-name—The name of the Citrix group. user-name—The name of the Citrix user. IP_address—The IP address of the Citrix user. connection—The Citrix connection identifier. |
User Action | No action is required when the Citrix ICA connection is terminated
intentionally by the client, the server, or the security appliance administrator. However, if this is not
the case, verify that the WebVPN session in which the Citrix ICA connection is set up is still active.
If it is inactive, then receiving this message is normal. If the WebVPN session is still active, verify
that the ICA client and Citrix server both work properly and that there is no error displayed. If not,
bring either or both up or respond to any error. If this message is still received, contact Cisco TAC
and provide the following information: • Network topology. • Delay and packet loss. • Citrix server configuration. • Citrix ICA client information. • Steps to reproduce the problem. • Complete text of all associated messages. |
