ExplanationAn authentication or authorization attempt to an external server has failed and will now be performed using the local user database.
  • aaa_operation—Either “authentication” or “authorization”.
  • username—The user associated with the connection
  • server_group—The name of the AAA server whose servers were unreachable.
User ActionInvestigate any connectivity problems with the AAA servers configured in the first method. Ping the authentication servers from the adaptive security appliance. Make sure that the daemons are running on your AAA server.
