| User Action | Verify that the module is fully seated in the slot and check if any status LEDs on the module are on. It may take a minute after fully reseating the module for the system to recognize that it is powered up. If this message appears after verifying that the module is seated and after resetting the module using the hw-module module slotnum reset command, contact Cisco TAC. |
