| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue is most likely to occur because one of the two following causes: 1. If you click the Configuration container, double-click Site Addressing, and then click the Site Addressing tab, the CCMAIL address is the following: at CCMAILPO where CCMAILPO is the name of the cc:MAIL post office. This is an invalid configuration. 2. An inability to bind to the Exchange Server directory service. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, perform one of the following steps, as applicable: 1. Click the Configuration container, double-click Site Addressing, click the Site Addressing tab, and then change the CCMAIL address to something other than the name of the cc:MAIL post office. 2. Make sure that the HomeDSA, Organization, OrgUnit, and CommonName values are correct in the registry under the following Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeCCMC\Parameters |
