Event Information | According to Microsoft: EXPLANATION: An Outlook client may have experienced problems. The number of successful remote procedure calls (RPCs) sent to this Exchange server by the client is BELOW the specified threshold in a given time period. Potential causes include: Server resource bottleneck (for example, disk or CPU) Network problem Problems on the client machine. USER ACTION: If this condition is occurring for many users, it could be due to slow response times on the Exchange server. To determine if this is the case, investigate the typical sources such as disk latencies, queues, or CPU utilization. There are views for these at Exchange 2003\Server Resource Utilization\CPU Usage and \Disk Performance. If this condition is occurring for only a small number of users, or there is no sign of a resource bottleneck on the Exchange server, then the problem is likely to be either at the network level or with a resource bottleneck on the client computer. |
