Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE : This behavior can occur because the mailbox in this information store attempts to connect to a user object in Active Directory that has the same Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) address as a mail-enabled contact that already exists in Active Directory. RESOLUTION : To resolve this behavior, remove the mail-enabled contact that has same SMTP address as the mailbox that you are attempting to reconnect. To do this, perform the following steps: 1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers. 2. Expand the Organization name, and then click the Users folder. 3. Right click the mail-enabled contact displayed on the left, and then click Properties. 4. Click the E-mail Addresses tab and remove the appropriate SMTP address from the list. 5. Click OK, and THEN close Active Directory Users and Computers. |
