Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE : This issue can occur if either of the following conditions is true: • The Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003 Microsoft Exchange Information Store service (Store.exe) is using an account other than the system account. • The domain controller, the domain, or the Local Machine Security Policy does not include the Local Service account in the Generate security audits policy. RESOLUTION : To resolve this issue if the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is using an account other than the system account, open Control Panel, and then configure the local system account as the account that starts the information store. For Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003 to run properly, you must perform this resolution; when you run the DomainPrep utility, these accounts are given special rights. To resolve this issue if the Local Service account has been removed from the domain controller, from the domain, or from the Local Machine Security Policy, configure the Generate security audits policy to include the Local Service account. |
