Event Information | "According To microsoft:" CAUSE: This Warning event can indicate a problem with the link state table or with the routing topology. The link state table is used to determine the most appropriate route for a message, based on cost and availability. If the link state table becomes corrupted, mail flow problems such as delayed mail or non-deliverable mail can occur. For example, a link state table can become corrupted because of such issues as Active Directory replication latency and connectors being created and deleted at the same time. RESOLUTION: To resolve this event, try one or more of the following: 1. Verify your routing topology using the WinRoute tool. 2. Verify that all connectors are configured correctly and started. If you have to, create new connectors or re-create deleted connectors. 3. Make sure that link state information is being correctly replicated to all servers in your organization. |
