| Event Information | CAUSE: The reboot schedule depends on the metrics and the metrics use the perfmon counters. Upon server start-up, a work item needed to read the metric values does not run. This work item also checks to see if its time for a scheduled reboot, so if the work item isnt running, the reboot wont happen. RESOLUTION: Ensure that all metrics are available and the perfmon counters are not disabled on the servers. |
