Event Information | This information from newsgroups may help you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ First thing you will want to do is ensure that you have an Offline Address Book System Folder (you can verify this in ESM by right-clicking the Public Folder hierarchy and selecting "view system folders". Once you have verified that it exists, next verify that a replica for the OAB exists on a production Exchange server. Do these exists? If they do exist, you will probably also want to verify what is listed as the siteFolderServer for the Administrative Group. You can accomplish this via ADSI Edit: Navigate to: CN=Configuiration,CN=Services,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=<Org Name>,CN=Administrative Groups, CN=<Admin Group Name> Right click the Admin Group object and select the "siteFolderServer" attribute. Does this point to a production Exchange Server? If it does not you will probably have to reset your System Folders via GUIDgen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------. Offline Address List are build an updated only one a day and it could be that yours havent event been created yet and that is why your outlook clients are getting the error message. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------. First, have you rebooted the server? A few things to check: Is the MSExchangeMTA service running (start>run>services.msc to check) .
