| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: This Error event indicates that OALGen experienced a specific error when initializing the offline address list generation process. Your clients will not be able to download offline address lists until you resolve this problem. This Error event can occur after you install Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1). An event that relates to MSExchangeSA event 9334 is MSExchangeSA event 9330. MSExchange SA event 9330 indicates that OALGen cannot connect to Active Directory®. OALGen must be able to connect to Active Directory to generate offline address lists.
