| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: This Error event indicates that the administrator information is missing or incorrect for the mailbox management feature. Administrator information may be missing if the administrator information was never configured or if the user account specified as the administrator for mailbox management was deleted. You must resolve this error to make sure that mailboxes are processed in accordance to recipient policy settings. Besides generating and assigning addresses to recipients, recipient policies can be used to manage mailboxes using Microsoft® Exchange Mailbox Manager. Mailbox Manager sets age and size limits for messages, and then it finds and processes messages that exceed those limits.
