| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: This Error event indicates that a specified mailbox profile cannot log into a Microsoft® Exchange Server mailbox. For example, this event can occur if the profile used by the Exchange Mailbox Manager to connect to Exchange Server mailboxes cannot log into an Exchange Server mailbox. Resolution: To resolve this error, do one or more of the following. 1.Make sure that you are running the latest version of Exchange Server 2003. For information about how to obtain the latest Exchange Server 2003 service pack, see Microsoft Knowledge Base article 836993, How to obtain the latest service packs for Exchange Server 2003. 2.Examine the Application log for related events that come before or follow this events message. Related events can help you determine the underlying cause for this event. |
