| Event Information | According to Microsoft : CAUSE: This Error event indicates that an online restore process failed. The directory location specified in the message is the temporary directory that Exchange Server was using for the restore. RESOLUTION: Search the Microsoft Knowledge Base for information about the root cause of this error. Use the process name, process id, and error code specified in this event as key words for your search. If you cannot restore your backup after consulting additional information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, contact Microsoft Product Support Services. |
