| Event Information | According to Microsoft Resolution: DSFactory was unable to access the source object for copying. This event is logged for copying from the Membership Directory service as well as from the MAPS Transaction database. The ErrorInformation provided in the error message indicates which objects were being copied when the error occurred. Ensure that the SQL Server database is operating correctly. Ensure that the Membership Directory service is configured and operating properly. Ensure that the MAPS customer object or transaction object has not been deleted by some other process. |
