Description	The Desktop Window Manager was unable to start because a composited theme is not in use
Event Information	According to News group: Cause : The issue may be caused by the crash of the explorer.exe. The explorer.exe is responsible for displaying the Windows desktop. Please try to repair installing the problematic operation system with Windows Server 2008 DVD disc and then check if the issue will re-occur. Resolution : you may refer to the general steps to perform a Clean Boot and restart the computer in Safe Mode to see if you can open Control Panel in the mode that loads the system with the minimum amount of programs and devices. A. Perform a Clean Boot. Click "Start", go to "Run", and type "msconfig" in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All (if it is not gray). Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK". Then, restart your computer. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the box and click "OK". B. Reboot to Safe Mode Restart the computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple Operating Systems, you can press the F8 key when you see the boot menu. When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select Safe Mode, and then press Enter. Log onto Windows by using the Administrator account or any user account with the Administrator privileges.
